Our little Kai is growing up! I can't believe he is 9 months old and will soon be 1!!! Kai is such a happy baby and has been SO easy! He is always happy and will sit and play on the floor and entertain himself. Kai is a very social baby and is constantly talking. He loves to be around people and is always smiling and talking to anyone that will play with him. He can sit up on his own and scoots around on his bum or rolls around to get to what he wants. He hasnt learned to crawl and is not at all interested in it but he LOVES to walk...holding our hands which kills my back! I never thought I would want my kids to walk early but I am kinda hoping he does so he can get around on his own without me having to walk around with him. He says "dada" and "baba" and "Ohhh." He loves to be outside and loves the water. He can wave and is learning to clap. Poor little guy has had a rough few months since we moved...about a few weeks after getting here he got a horrible cough that finally after almost 4 months and 5 doctors he was diagnosed with whopping cough. He is finally better and his cough is almost completely gone! I am so glad I chose to have my kids vaccinated...we were told our little guy would probably not be here otherwise! Get your kids vaccinated and if you are pregnant make sure you get the pertussis vaccine before you leave the hospital...Landon and I were never re-vaccinated before Kai was born and we got whopping cough and didn't know it because its not as serious in adults and passed it on to Kai! We love our baby Kai and feel so blessed to have such a sweet little guy in our family!
