A weekend on the North Shore

This past weekend we got to stay at our friends beach house on the North Shore and it was amazing! It was so peaceful and relaxing and of course Beautiful!

Thanksgiving

We got to spend Thanksgiving with my entire family this year! This year is the year for me and my siblings to spend Christmas with our in-laws and since we all live so far away we never see each other so I decided that we all needed to get together for Thanksgiving and I am so glad that everyone was able to go (thanks Mom and Dad!) Julien and I left a week early so that we could spend as much time as possible with my parents...too bad we both got the flu the day before we left and were sick almost the entire time!!! So, we didn't get very much sleep but we still had fun just being together. I don't have very many pictures yet, I am waiting for Amy to send them to me but I will post them when I get them. I am so thankful for such a wonderful family and SO glad that everyone was able to get together! Love you all!!!...and thanks again Mom and Dad!

Seriously???

It was really hard to leave my family but the nice warm sunshine as we walked off the plane definitely helped. I started having thoughts like why would people live in places like freezing cold Utah when they could be living here...then I poured my cereal this morning and it was full of cockroaches...ya I am pretty sure I would take a little snow any day over freaking COCKROACHES. May cannot come fast enough today!

Happy Halloween

Julien was a turtle this Halloween and he was SO cute!

This was at our ward Halloween party last week. Julien wasn't too sure of his costume until he saw all the other kids in their costumes...then he thought it was pretty cool. This was Julien's favorite game at the carnival...and he was pretty good!

This was Julien's first visit to a real pumpkin patch and maybe mine as well. It was SOOO HOT but I am glad that we went.

Fun with Grandma and Aunt Kristy

The past 2 weeks were so much fun! Diane and Kristy were able to come visit us again and it was so wonderful! It's always nice when we get visitors so we have an excuse to go to the beach everyday but I LOVE when family comes because they are such a big help! Thank you both for everything, it was a blast!

Grandma bought Julien this vacuum and he is obsessed!!! Julien would not let it out of his sight for a week...we had to take it every where we went.

Julien loves to be buried in the sand, but cannot stand to have his hands touch the sand... haha!

We went to the Dole plantation and fed the fish...they were psycho but Julien thought it was hilarious.

Last week my family finally came to visit and it was SO much fun! I loved spending time with them and showing them all the beautiful things on the island.
